How to prepare
Bring a deep, clean and suitable size bowl, put the egg, salt, vanilla, and sugar in it and whisk the ingredients with the automatic whisk well.Add milk to the mixture and mix the ingredients well.Sift the flour in another bowl, add baking powder to it, and stir the ingredients well.Add the flour mixture to the previous ingredients and mix them, then add the vegetable oil and mix the ingredients with a fork.Bring a Tefal frying pan and put a few drops of corn oil on it, then pour in quantities of the resulting mixture using a cup of coffee.Light the fire so that it is light and turn the pancake over after it turns red, then turn it to the other side.Repeat the same steps for the rest of the quantity until it runs out and not put on top of each other, lest it sticks together, and spoil.Bring chocolate and fruits, and grease the surface of the pancake with chocolate, then decorate it with strawberry, orange, and banana pieces.Bring suitable plates for serving and place pancakes in them and serve hot alongside hot drinks, such as coffee, tea, or cappuccino.
