Ingredients
Peas and carrots: a cup (boiled and drained)
Potatoes: 1 piece (large / cut into cubes and boiled)
Pickled cucumbers: 1 piece (chopped)
Mayonnaise: Half a cup
Yogurt: 2 tablespoons
Salt: half a teaspoon
Garlic powder: half a teaspoon
black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
How to prepare
Peel the potato, cut it into cubes, boil it until it is soft, then drain it well from the boiling water.
In a mixing bowl, put the carrots and peas, then add the boiled potatoes.
Add pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, and yogurt.
Season the salad with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients together until distributed and homogeneous.
Transfer the salad to a serving plate, and serve cold.
