Cauliflower Pane

Ingredients

  1. - Hot water: 4 cups
  2. - Milk: 1 cup and a quarter (liquid)
  3. - Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  4. - Salt: 1 1/2 tablespoon
  5. - Cumin: 2 teaspoon
  6. - Cauliflower: Head (chopped)
  7. - Egg: 2 tablets
  8. - Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  9. - Ground cakes: 1 cup
  10. - Starch: 2 tablespoons
  11. - Vegetable oil: 3 cups

How to prepare

  1. In a saucepan, put boiling water over medium heat, a cup of milk, sugar, half the amount of salt and cumin, and stir the ingredients.
  2.  Put the cauliflower in the mixture, cover the pot, and leave it on the stove for 10 minutes to boil.
  3.  In a bowl, put the eggs, the rest of the milk, the rest of the salt, cumin, and black pepper and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.
  4. In another bowl, mix cakes and starch.
  5. Drain the cauliflower from the water, dip each cauliflower in the egg mixture, then coat it with the muffin and starch mixture and set it aside on a plate.
  6. Heat the oil in a pot over the stove and fry the cauliflower, stirring it in the oil until browned.
  7. Drain the cauliflower from the oil and serve hot.
