- Cooking spray: as needed- Apples: 4 beads (yellow/medium size cut into thin slices)
- Flour: 1 1/2 cups (brown)
- Baking soda: half a teaspoon
- Baking powder: a tablespoon
- Vanilla: a teaspoon
- Egg: 2 tablets (medium size)
- Sugar: 14 cup (fruit / fructose)
- Vegetable oil: 12 cup
- Salt: a pinch
- Yogurt: 1 cup (skimmed)
- Nuts: cup (ground)
- Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon ( Ground)
- Brown sugar: 4 tablespoons
How to prepare
1. In the bowl of an electric mixer, place the eggs, fructose, and vanilla and beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
2. Pour in the yogurt and oil gradually, while mixing continuously.
3. In a bowl, mix the brown flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix continuously until the ingredients overlap.
5. In a bowl, mix the walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
6. Spray a tray with oil spray and pour the cake batter.
7. Spread the apple slices over the top, then spread the nut mixture evenly.
8. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes until soft.
