Meat with potatoes ... prepare with members of my Leila's recipes. 

Ingredients

* Potatoes: as desired
* Oil: As needed (for frying potatoes)
* Minced meat: As needed
* Olive oil: Little
* Onion: 1 piece (chopped)
* Pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
* Salt: 1 teaspoon
* Red pepper: A small spoon
* curry: a teaspoon
* tomato sauce: to taste

How to prepare

  1. We peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half, then dig them a little from the inside and fry them in oil for 10 minutes.
  2. We prepare the meat filling and put a little olive oil in a bowl and put it on the fire. Cut the onions in very small pieces and the pepper and put them in the oil until they wilt, then put the meat and stir and a few spices such as a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of sweet red pepper, and a spoonful of curry and leave it on the fire for at least a quarter of an hour.
  3. Put the filling in the potatoes, put it in a tray, mix the sauce, put it over the potatoes, and put it in the oven for half an hour to soak well.
  4. Cook on the side with rice or a burger and with a salad of lettuce with milk or cucumber with milk.
