How to prepare
- Put onions and carrots in oil, until wilted, then add garlic and fry ingredients until wilted for 10 minutes.
- Add the meat and bacon, and stir the mixture until well combined.
- Add parsley and tomato paste and cook for two minutes.
- Add salt and black pepper and leave the mixture on fire while stirring.
