prepare simple minestrone soup recipe


 

Ingredients

 - A cup and a half of dried white beans
 One tablespoon of flour
 - Six cups of chicken broth
 - A cup of shredded mushrooms
 - 155 grams of beans selected and cut
 - 2 carrots cut
 - 100 grams of chopped small yellow squash
 - A characteristic of chopped balls
 - A cup of small noodles in the form of seashells
 -  A teaspoon of ground black pepper
 - Three-quarters of a cup of chopped tomatoes

Preparation method

  1.  Soak the beans, for 8 hours, with the flour, in the amount of 4 cups of water.
  2. Wash the beans and mix them with chicken broth in the saucepan, cover and simmer for an hour or until soft. Add mushrooms, cowpeas, carrots, squash, and leeks, then increase the amount of two cups of water, and close the ingredients for half an hour.
  3.  Add the pasta, pepper, and tomatoes. Continue cooking until soft, or about ten minutes.
