Ingredients

- Water: 2 cups
- Salt: half a teaspoon

How to prepare
1. For the quinoa: Add quinoa seeds to a saucepan, over medium heat, and toast for 5 minutes. Pour the water over the quinoa, add the salt. Leave the stove until the water boils. Then the pot is covered, the heat is reduced, and left for a quarter of an hour on the stove, noting that the quinoa became semi-transparent after the expiration of the mentioned time. Set the quinoa aside until it reaches room temperature.
2. For the salad: Prepare the vegetables, and put them in a medium bowl, with quinoa.
